Other Helpful Information about King's Preschool

Our Mission

King’s Preschool is a high quality preschool and extended care program that is grounded in Biblical truth and faith in Christ. We have been committed to providing young children with a fun, safe, and dynamic learning experience for children 18 months to 5 years of age for over 25 years. King’s Preschool is a part of King’s Schools. Children and families can build life-long relationships with teachers and other families as they continue at King’s thru 12th grade.

Our mission is three-fold:

  1. To nurture and educate the whole child in a loving environment that is based on Biblical truth and faith in Christ.
  2. To provide support for and seek partnership with families.
  3. To provide support, training, and Christ-centered community for teachers and staff.

Our Philosophy

At King’s Preschool, we believe that learning is a lifelong process. Our responsibility to the young learner is to provide the proper foundation from which he or she can grow and build their cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual knowledge and skills. We recognize that each child is a special person, created by God, to serve His purpose. As such, frequent communication with parents, support and training for teachers, and close observations and documentation of children’s progress allow for each unique child to reach their full potential.

Our Teachers and Staff

All teachers and staff at King’s Preschool have an enthusiasm for teaching young children, research and applied knowledge in Early Childhood Education, ability to make purposeful observations, and a strong commitment and love for the Lord.
